Both are possible. A household in Africa can create a request and share it with a family member abroad, or a member of the diaspora can directly create a project for their family back home. The payer then subscribes to a plan using secure online payments, and the local solar company handles installation and support on the ground.
How does the AI-powered energy needs assessment work?
You provide basic information about your home and the appliances you want to power, and you can upload pictures if you wish. Our system uses this information to estimate your energy consumption and generate a needs report that local solar partners use to design and price suitable systems for you.
How do payments and subscriptions work?
After you choose a proposal from a local solar company, you subscribe to a payment plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual) through KileFlow.
